Yagya and Energy

In Yagya two basic energy systems , viz. Heat and Sound play the main role. In performing Yagya, these two energies, namely, the heat from Yagya’s fire and the sound of the Gayatri and other Mantras, are combined to achieve the desired physical, psychological and spiritual benefits. The fumigation of specific substances in the Yagya --- fire is a scientific method of subtlisation of matter into energy and expanding its potential and positive effects in the surrounding atmosphere. The electromagnetic waves generated thereby help in transmitting, at cosmic level, the desired sonic signals ‘stored’ in the Mantras, which are chanted during the process of sacrificing the special materials in the fire. The various forces of nature when receive these signals, they converge the positive forces towards the process of Yagya and the desired physical, psychological and spiritual purpose, for which Yagya is performed, is thus achieved in no time.
The positive effects of Agnihotra are an outcome of simultaneous functioning of many subtle scientific principles, such as, effect of chanting specific sounds on the atmosphere and the mind, energies emanating from the pyramid shape, nutritional effect of burning of medicinal ingredients and the effects of the biorythms.
Cosmic Energy
Whenever yagya is performed, it attracts cosmic energy from the Universe into the kund. This energy is then dispersed in the nearby surroundings . The more the number of ahuties, the longer is the duration of the positive energy in that place. This super cosmic energy is the main healing force of all the living beings.

Aura and Chakras Energy
Wherever Yagya is performed it is seen to have positive effect on the bio energy or Aura of a person sitting in that area. Healing takes place in the chakras of that person and chakras energy is found to be increased after Yagya.
